Program name: Prince Forrest Messaging Program

Description: Customers may text photos and order information to request credits or raise issues. Messages and attached media are used to intake and evaluate requests only.

What we collect

• Phone number of the sender (to identify the request).
• Message body text (the SMS/MMS message content).
• Attached media URLs (images or other media included in the message).
• Message metadata (timestamp, message ID) for support and auditing.

How we use the data

We use messages and media only to process requests, investigate issues, and communicate with the customer when necessary. Data is not used for marketing unless you give explicit consent.

Data sharing

We may share submitted message content and images with internal teams and authorized service providers necessary to investigate and resolve the request (for example: warranty, returns, or payments teams). We do not sell personal data.

Retention

We retain submitted messages and media for as long as necessary to resolve the request and comply with legal or business record-keeping requirements. If you want a specific message removed, contact support (see below).
